Philosophy

The Manchester College of Coaching and Hypnotherapy (MCCH) emphasizes a comprehensive, hands-on approach to hypnotherapy training. Established in 2010, it ensures students gain practical experience and a solid theoretical foundation through real-life training exercises, case studies, and small class sizes. The school is flexible with rescheduling to meet student needs and updates its courses with the latest techniques, accredited by major hypnotherapy councils and internally validated by the International Institute of Professional Coaches and Hypnotherapists.

Course details

The school offers several hypnotherapy and related training courses. The Certificate in Hypnotherapy includes 50 hours of face-to-face teaching with modules covering induction techniques, creative visualisation, NLP, and stress management. The Diploma in Hypnotherapy requires completion of the certificate and provides 70 classroom hours plus 45 self-study hours, focusing on advanced techniques like Past Life Regression and treating PTSD.

A Life Coaching Certificate, integrated within the hypnotherapy certificate, covers coaching fundamentals through the GROW model. Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses like EMDR and EFT are also available. Additionally, the school offers specialised courses such as EMDR training, Angel Reiki, and Colour Therapy, catered by specific trainers.
