Course details

The British Society of Clinical and Academic Hypnosis (BSCAH) offers a series of educational courses focused on the application of medical hypnosis within healthcare settings. These include the "Medical Hypnosis for Healthcare Professionals" modules, which are divided into three parts, each module building upon the previous to develop students' skills and understanding of hypnotherapy. The curriculum covers foundational concepts, techniques, and practical applications of hypnosis in medical contexts. The modules are intended to be taken sequentially over separate weekends.

Additionally, BSCAH provides an "Advanced Diploma in Professional Studies / BSc / Graduate Certificate / PGCert" in Clinical Hypnosis, Language, and Communication Techniques in Healthcare, which delves deeper into the use of hypnotherapy as a communication tool within healthcare. There is also a specialized course designed for dental teams that focuses on the use of clinical hypnosis in dentistry. These courses aim to integrate hypnotherapy into clinical practice safely and effectively.

Costs

Fees range from £200 for non-member participants of Medical Hypnosis for Health Professionals Module Two to £250 for the same module for logged-in members.
