The UK College of Hypnosis and Hypnotherapy offers comprehensive training programmes in the field of hypnotherapy, integrating cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) techniques. The primary course is the Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT®), available in various formats including online, live webcast, and self-led options. This 21-day intensive course, accredited by the British Psychological Society and other professional bodies, covers self-hypnosis, basic hypnotherapy skills, and CBT techniques for anxiety and stress.
The Diploma consists of three stages: the Certificate in Evidence-Based Hypnosis (Stage 1), focusing on the fundamentals of hypnotherapy; the Certificate in Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Stage 2), which integrates hypnosis with behavioural therapy; and the Certificate in Cognitive Hypnotherapy (Stage 3), which concentrates on cognitive models, problem-solving, and mindfulness.
For existing hypnotherapists, there is an APL Conversion Course to upgrade their skills. Additional services include business support packages and flexible payment plans. The courses emphasise evidence-based practice with training from experienced cognitive behavioural hypnotherapists.
